Central Bedfordshire Council commissioned Settled Housing Solutions to develop a Local Letting Agency Model for their Housing Service.

 

The new model, named Let's Rent, focuses the Housing Service on improving the quality and sustainability of accommodation in the local Private Rental Sector.
