Settled Housing Solutions were invited by the Department for Communities & Local Government (DCLG) to contribute to their response to the highly regarded ‘Rugg Review’ of the Private Rented Sector (PRS), with particular regard to our work on 'Social Lettings Agency' models.
The DCLG subsequently recommended that introducing ‘Social Lettings Agency' (SLA) models can enable local authorities to work more constructively with the Private Rented Sector in their area.
