Before co-founding Settled Housing Solutions, Jim held several senior positions in the local authority housing sector. His experience encompasses housing benefits, housing advice, housing supply, strategy and project management.

He has gained a comprehensive knowledge and experience of welfare benefits and housing legislation during the course of his career. These skills are invaluable in the process of setting up successful housing options that meet the legislative demands of the local authority as well as the commercial objectives of the private sector.
