Jim has utilised his expert knowledge and many years of housing and welfare benefits experience to design and deliver comprehensive training packages for both public and private sector organisations.
Delivering private sector housing options requires the cooperation, resources and expertise of different stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. Jim's skills as a facilitator are crucial to ensuring all stakeholders deliver their own responsibilities and understand the impact any failure may have on other areas of a particular project.
Jim is passionate about delivering quality services that can provide better results for all stakeholders and, most importantly, offer better outcomes for service users.
