Settled Housing Solutions are the leading practitioners in building successful partnerships between the private rented sector and front-line local government services.
The primary aim of our service is to harness the potential of the private rented sector market so it can:
• Play an important role in providing affordable housing for those on low incomes
• Enable a local authority to protect their ‘Homelessness Prevention Grant’ by delivering ‘More for Less’
• Provide the local private rented sector with a commercially viable and sustainable business opportunity
• Achieve real positive outcomes for both tenants and the local community
Formed in 2007, we have successfully delivered a wide range of private rented sector research and housing option development projects which have gone onto help influence housing and homelessness strategies.
We have delivered many seminars and workshops to the private rented sector industry and also regularly invited to speak at housing and homelessness conferences.
