Settled Housing Solutions have been invited to speak at a forthcoming conference being organised and promoted by The National Approved Letting Scheme in partnership with Propertydrum. The theme for the event is ‘New Opportunities for Lettings ‘ and is being chaired by Lord Richard Best OBE.

Housing Benefit/Local Housing Allowance Seminars.

Settled Housing Solutions, in conjunction with Landlord Action, held the latest of our very well received Housing Benefit/Local Housing Allowance training seminars in London on 2nd of July 2010.

Over 45 private rented sector professionals, representing letting agents and portfolio landlords from across the whole country, attended the event. The guest speaker was John Craddock, Lettings Research Manager for London from the Valuations Office Agency (VOA), who provided the attendees with an overview of the proposed changes to Local Housing Allowance recently announced by the Chancellor of the Exchequer.

Settled Housing Solutions were invited to give a presentation to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Annual Housing Conference which was held in May 2010.
