Tim as an associate of Settled Housing Solutions brings his experience of managing change at strategic and frontline level working across a range of organisations and disciplines. He worked for Royal Mail for a number of years as operational, product and then project manager from bringing new products to market in the Next Day delivery sector to delivering operational efficiencies through process re-design. Originally cutting his teeth in operational management coupled with some personal development along with his project and interim management experience, Tim has spent the last few years delivering change across central and local government. Having found himself in the “housing” arena since 2008 in a Housing Needs division in East London he has developed this experience and innovation across a number of housing organisations and partnerships.

Classing himself as a “consultant practitioner of change” he relishes the new challenge and has many attributes that bring a balance to Settled Housing Solutions and the services it provides.

“I don’t class myself as a consultant as such, I like to get my hands dirty and engage with people to understand the problems and barriers then proffer and implement the solution, so I believe stakeholders get a rounded contribution from me”

More recently he has forged links with housing partners and has developed real solutions in assisting providers and landlords in supporting social tenants to achieve longer and more sustainable tenancies.

“This is an exciting time as we progress our recent experience with housing partners in assisting people of all ages and circumstance of not only having their own home but building self esteem and enabling routes to lifestyle change and employment.”
